В очередной раз все отлично. Всегда беру Фиат на ручке, брали 2 машины. В этот раз был дизель и бенз. Все четко, без навязываний доп услуг. Депозит отставлял наличкой в рублях. Сдавал в офис, так мне удобнее. Около офиса кнопка такси, приезжает через 2 минуты. Цены одни из самых демократичных. Буду продолжать сотрудничать с данной компанией. Брал на 3 недели
Машины с пустыми баками. Если в сторону Кемера, заправка на трассе через 8 км. Есть ближе, но надо вовремя съехать на дублер. Забивайте в навигатор ближайшую

Отличный сервис. Все просто без лишних заморочек. Отдыхали в Турции средеземноморский район, в начале октября. Списался по ватсапу с ребятами договорились о цене и месту аренды авто. Встретили в аэропорту 10 минут заполнение бланка и оплата(арендовал фиат 1.4 механика - хороший авто).
По окончанию срока аренды связался с компанией и попросили перенести место возврата из аэропорта в молл-Анталия. Пошли навстречу без проблем.
В назначеное время приехал представитель компании 1 мин осмотрел машину, вернул депозит и пожелал счастливого пути и новой встречи в следующем году.
Спасибо команде first rent a car за отличный сервис благодоря которому я открыл для себя новую Турцию. Рекомендую!

In 2023, I rented a car from First Rent A Car for the first time. This one was clean and looked like new. On the way I got the idea that something was not quite right with the brakes, I called and reported that I was in Kemer. Within half an hour the car was picked up by a local garage and two hours later it was back repaired.
Excellent service.
Both receiving the car at the airport and delivering it went very well.
I told this to my family. They later also rented a car from First Rent A Car and it was to their complete satisfaction.

I communicated with Kadir in August for a September pick up On the date someone from the office brought the car to the airport but it was different from what I had asked for which is normal in car rental but after signing everything and their agent left I didn t feel comfortable with the car so I called Kadir and explained to him Right away he sent me another car almost brand new and the process went very smoothly At the drop off also everything went very smoothly NO HIDDEN COSTS I was very satisfied and now I ve just communicated with Kadir again and will be renting same car in February It s very comforting to have a reliable car and a company behind it especially when you re in a different country Thanks Kadir and team

Арендовал машину в июле, Fiat Fiorino, машина в хорошем тех. состоянии, кузов без повреждений, пробег около 40 тыс. Никаких проблем не было. Без проблем продлевали несколько раз, вся переписка по WhatsApp. Вернули в аэропорту, осмотр не более 3 мин. Все быстро. Рекомендую.
P.s депозит и аренда возможна наличными, учитывая проблему в данный момент с картами.

We had no problems with a month long rental in Antalya The vehicle was fairly new and well maintained Costs were as expected As usual to all car rentals we were offered an upgrade to full insurance In this case we decided it was a reasonable value We were never charged anything extra and there were no surprises The location for pick up if you don t choose to have them deliver the vehicle I would do so in the future was a little odd but quite serviceable Drop off at the airport was very quick and professional If we were to return to Antalya I would not hesitate to book from them again

Nous avons réservé une voiture auprès de cette compagnie et avons été très satisfait. Nous étions attendu dès notre sortie de l’aéroport. C’est appréciable car c’est toujours compliqué de trouver le bureau de l’agence de location. La voiture était de bonne cylindrée et consommait peu d’essence. La restitution de la voiture a également eu lieu à l’aéroport, juste avant notre départ. Les équipes sont joignables par WhatsApp ce qui permet un échange rapide et fluide. Je recommande vivement cette agence de location de voitures.

Арендовал минивэн в октябре 2021г. Машину подали к рейсу. Документы оформили за 5минут. Потертости практически все показал парень, который передавал машину. Вэн форд с пробегом 85т.км. За время аренды проехал 2800км. Приятно удивлен расходом д/т-8.5л/100км. Но ездил в основном по трассам. Из сложностей назову практически отсутствие в Турции автоматов по заправке "мочевины". Заливали из канистры заправщики. Сдавал машину в аэропорту. Четко по времени. Бегло осмотрели, максимум за 3минуты. Машину сдавал не мытой, был морально готов к доп.затратам. Ничего не выставили. Впечатления положительные, рекомендую. В следующий раз однозначно воспользуюсь услугами конторы.

Найти машину в аренду в Турции без франшизы, с полной страховкой, с доставкой и сдачей в разных местах, да еще и за вменяемые деньги - задача тяжелая! Я пересмотрела кучу прокатных контор, перечитала миллионы отзывов и форумов, в итоге выбрала три фирмы и написала им. Ответили только First Car, причем очень оперативно! Дальше общение было через вотсап, что очень удобно. Машину нам пригнали в Кемер, причем дали рено клио взамен бронированной корсы, страховка полная, по ходу пользования возникали вопросы по машине (не реновод я))),тоже сразу отвечали в вотсапе. Пользовались 12 дней, вернули машину в Анталии там, где нам было удобно. И не надо никуда переться сдавать тачку, а потом с чемоданам в место дислокации. Я очень довольна сервисом этой компании. Цены, конечно, не очень низкие, но у других прокатчиков еще выше, не все нужные мне опции (например, не пригоняют машину, куда надо) и всегда какая-нибудь франшиза. короче, рекомендую!

В наше путешествие в Турцию мы решили взять автомобиль в аренду и объездить максимум из того, что можно успеть за две недели. Учитывая, что нас было 6-ро, однозначно было решено, что будем брать минивэн. Ранее мы с женой никогда не брали в аренду авто напрямую в компании по аренде, предпочитая арендовать через агрегатора, полагая, что это более безопасный вариант, но в этот раз мы решили рискнуть и взять напрямую, о чем не жалеем ни минуты. Лидером по положительным отзывам была компания First Rent a Car, я очень тщательно изучил условия аренды и понял, что меня все устраивает. Автомобиль было решено брать на 12 дней, добавить 3 водителей и включить полную страховку на всякий случай. Ограничений на пробег не было, хотя через агрегатора у этой же компании ограничения на пробег были. Сразу после оплаты аванса в размере 20% от общей суммы, со мной связался Кадир - хозяин компании и далее все вопросы мы решали с ним напрямую. Нам было очень приятно, что все вопросы можно было оперативно решать напрямую через What’s up. По прилету водитель ждал в условленное время при выходе из терминала на парковку. Мы быстро заполнили документы, нам передали ключи и мы поехали в наше путешествие. Отмечу, что при бронировании с моей карты удержали обеспечительный депозит на случай наличия штрафов, я был немного удивлён, что в дополнение к полной страховке также берут депозит, но потом и сам понял, что это вполне логично и компания тоже хочет застраховать себя от рисков, так как я оплачивал наличными. Машина была не самая новая, но в очень хорошем техническом состоянии, она нас ни разу не подвела за все время, пока мы были в нашей поездке. Никогда бы не подумал, что минивэн настолько удобен в управлении, машина мощная, расход топлива вполне адекватный. Резюмируя, хочу сказать, что мы остались очень довольны и машиной и уровнем сервиса First Rent a Car. Кадир был постоянно с нами в контакте и оперативно решал все вопросы, за что ему отдельное спасибо! Я однозначно рекомендую компанию First Rent a Car, и если буду с женой и друзьями в Турции ещё раз, с удовольствием воспользуюсь услугами этой компании. (Депозит, кстати, вернули даже раньше 4 недель, как изначально было оговорено в самом начале, что очень приятно)

Брали авто на 10 дней, ездили по Эгейскому побережью Турции в сентябре 2021. Автомобиль не новый, но вполне ещё годный Hyundai I20, царапин мелких хватало при получении, но при сдаче не обращали внимания на такие мелочи. Сдача, как и получение были в аэропорту Бодрум, прямо на парковке. Быстро, удобно, оплатил картой (наличкой дешевле). Бак почти пустой (обратите внимание!), заправки рядом есть. Сдаете тоже с пустым, необычно, но устраивает. В общем, что касается аренды в этой компании, могу рекомендовать, быстро и удобно, документов минимум (права международные не понадобились). Но водить следует аккуратно, турки тоже любят быстро ездить.

Бронировали машину на начало марта (2021), бронь делали через economybookings, с нам сразу в WhatsApp связался Кадир. И не смотря на то что наш рейс перенесли на сутки, мы обо всем договорились, получили почти новую машину на дизеле и провели незабываемый отдых, объездили побережье, съездили в Каппадокию. Many companies require a fabulous deposit and then charge you money for breakdowns that they themselves describe. What was there? I left a request for a car on the site, I was contacted during the day and everything was confirmed. Prices are absolutely adequate (in some places lower than on the market), subject to full insurance, the landlord does not take a deposit. Car delivery takes place very quickly and without any questions. Submissions and delivery of car at the specified time without delay. I’ve ordered Kia Serato, gave a car with low mileage in 2017, by the smell I can immediately tell that the car is being cleaned before delivery. What I will say, on my next trip to Turkey I will again apply to this service and recommend it to you.

Wypożyczałem auto w grudniu 2020 roku na tydzień. Wszystko przebiegło zgodnie z ustną umową. Był początek zakazu wychodzenia z domu a i tak auto podstawione na czas na lotnisko. Gdyby wszyscy tak działali to byłbym szczęśliwy. Auto nowe, w dieslu, zrobiłem ok. 1000km, żadnych problemów. Jest opcja bez zabezpieczania na karcie. Najlepsza i bezproblemowa wypożyczalnia z jakiej do tej pory korzystałem.

Нашли компанию по отзывам. Забронировали машину из России через электронную почту, т.к. через сайт не получилось. Нас сразу предупредили, что оплата наличными, а если картой - то дороже (плюс налог). Машину пригнали к аэропорту Антальи. Оформили документы. Менеджер предложил аренду с полной страховкой, при которой депозит вернётся сразу при возврате машины, а без неё - через 6 недель после возврата, поскольку за это время должны прийти штрафы. Мы не стали оформлять доп страховку. Депозит заморозили с карты. Машина хорошая Фиат на МКП, бензин, отдали не мытую, и без бензина. Расход примерно 6,5 литров. Предупредили, что возвращать тоже без бензина. РасхоПри возврате в аэропорту менеджер в назначенное время не приехал. Пришлось звонить в фирму, сразу приехал человек. Вернули без всяких проволочек. Депозит на карту вернулся через 2 недели полностью. В целом все прошло отлично. Компанию рекомендую.

Брали машину на 2 недели. С полной страховкой-364 доллара. Депозит не оставляли. Авто получили в назначенное время в аэропорту Анталии, сдали тамже. Автомобиль Hyandai Accent, дизель, АКПП. Авто в нормальном состоянии, чистый салон, взяли и вернули с пустым баком. За время использования автомобиля никаких проблем не возникло.В следующий раз обязательно воспользуемся услугами firstrentacar.

Брали машину с 14 по 23 ноября, судя по всему это мальенькая компания, но для клиента это только плюс.
Встречают в аэропорту, сдача машина так же возле терминала. Машина стоила 90 евро на 10 дней. Пробег 6000 км, почти новая.
Единственное, что насторожило это то что депозит в 800 евро в выписке отражается как покупка, а не hold. Ну пока ждем.
Оформление машины заняло минуты 3, сдали за минуту.

Рекомендую компанию First Rent A Car Antalya! Очень понравилось работать с ними, приятный вежливый персонал, все взаимодействия происходят быстро и без лишних проволочек. Я прилетел с семьей в Даламан, нас уже ждала машина, мы только осмотрели её, подписали договор и сразу поехали наслаждаться отдыхом! На машине ездил достаточно много, проблем не возникло. Во время приемки авто не обратил внимание на количество бензина в баке, там было около 1/3, на следующий день написал об этом в ватсап в First Rent A Car Antalya, мне ответили, что с таким количеством и сдавайте авто, с 1/3 я и вернул авто. Сдача авто заняла 30 секунд, представитель First Rent A Car Antalya бегло осмотрел машину, я передал ключи и мы пошли на самолет. Даже помогли с чемоданами), за это отдельное спасибо! Брал дизельный Рено Симбл.

Highly recommend! I rented car for 10 days in October 2020. Very good communication via whatsapp in English. When I was at the office there were no cars available with manual transmission. However after few calls it turned out that there is car available - it took 5 minutes to arrange that. I was very happy because I didn’t wanted to rent car with automatic transmission. Rented car was almost brand new and very clean. During whole rental period there were no issues with car. On last day we left car to the office and one of the employee took me to the hotel where I had next stay. Before renting I did some research and people recommended car rental companies available at the airport, but no worries - First Rent Car is solid, reliable company. Surely I will be back in Turkey one day and definitely will rent car from that company again!

Все замечательно! Машина прямо у выхода из аэропорта. Был приятно удивлен бесплатным повышением класса арендуемой машины! Машина новая, пробег примерно 12000 км, чистая и без "прокуренности" Всё очень быстро и качественно. Возврат там же и тоже очень быстро. Депозит вернули буквально через пару дней!.Связь по whatsapp. Единственное, что если вы впервые арендуете здесь машину, надо оговаривать заранее конкретное место встречи ! Более 8 лет пользуюсь арендой авто во всех странах мира. Всегда использовал известные компании типа europcar, avis, goldcar и прочее. Не устроили предложения этих компаний по Анталии и решил попробовать местные компании. У First Rent A Car Antalya было много положительных отзывов и как опытный турист могу сказать, что ожидания себя оправдали. Самое главное -цена была прекрасная в отличии от остальных Мы прилетели в аэропорт с опозданием в час ночью и нас дождались представители .Машина прекрасная . Оформление быстрое и удобное . Платите наличными деньгами . Это приятно и Вам и компании. Возврат машины прямо возле терминала . Представитель за две минуты осмотрел машины и мы уже были в аэропорту . Есть то , на что нужно обращать внимание и быть готовым . Я никогда не оплачиваю за страховки , потому что опыт вождения позволяет не сомневаться . Крупные компании как правило используют блокировочные депозиты от 1000 до 1500 евро и возвращают или после возврата машины или в течении 3 недель . Представитель обратил внимание по прибытию , что блокируется 800 евро, но на 6-8 недель. Но! Депозит вернули через 4 дня после сдачи машины . В отзывах читал , что у какого то клиента сняли деньги , использовав данные карты. Я провел эксперимент и действительно представитель намеренно взял карту и переписал данные с двух сторон. Я думаю , что руководству на это нужно обратить внимание, потому что сотрудники могут в злых целях использовать эту информацию если не сегодня , то через год или позже , когда поменяют работу. Но! Это мелкие моменты. Основной сервис на высоте и по прекрасным ценам . Следующей осенью в очередное посещение Турции обязательно воспользуюсь услугами First Rent A Car Antalya .

Отличная компания, брали авто на 14 дней. Встретили в аэропорту с табличкой, если берёшь полную страховку - тогда без франшизы. Ценник дешевле чем у конкурентов, машины в хорошем состоянии. Вернули в другом городе в аэропорту, просто оставили на стоянке с ключами внутри, никаких вопросов. Все четко, в следующий раз только у них авто будем брать.

Добрый день! В данной компании брали автомобиль для путешествия из Текирова в Каппадокию. На 2 дня, только чтобы добраться, день покататься и вернуть:) Из многочисленных компаний, здесь была самая адекватная цена и не было проблем с возвратом авто в каппадокии. Что очень понравилось. Брали шкоду октавия, дизель. Вместительный авто, упаковали туда 4 чемодана, двоих детей и сами уселись:)) Понравился сервис, в назначенной время авто доставили к отелю, это плюс. Не у всех компаний есть такая услуга, а если есть то за очень дорогие деньги. Здесь 15 евро. Авто чистое как снаружи, так и внутри. Расход на дизели маленький. Нам хватило бака топлива на весь маршрут. Единственное, что залог за авто сняли с карты сразу, а возврат делается в течении пару недель. Если нужны деньги, то отдавайте наличными, возврат сразу. Рекомендую. Берите авто здесь. Мы с семьей пробовали много сервисов. Здесь цена/качество/адекватность самые уравновешенные.

Хорошая компания, автомобиль подали к выходу из терминала минут через 15 как сообщил о прилете. Автомобиль именно такой как бронировал ford courier состояние нового авто, вернул авто там же, приехал водитель и забрал. Услугами полностью доволен, рекомендую.

Отличный сервис, брали машину на 10 дней, должен был быть Fiat linea, автомат 1.6 дизель, по приезду ребята бесплатно повысили клас на Kia Cerato 1,6 дизель, автомат, машина чистая, свежая, круиз, парктроники в круг, камера заднего вида, за 8 долларов купили super cdw, полную страховку, получилось супер классное путешествие, уверенно могу рекомендовать, отличный сервис. Прием машины в аэропорту прямо возле терминала занял не больше 5 минут, отдача произошла там же, ещё быстрее.

We rented a car (Peugeot 301) in September of 2019 for four weeks. Everything went well except one thing. We had to wait for about 25 minutes at the AirPort for a man from First rentacar. We were searching among people who had rentacar signs and there was none from First rentacar. Finally a man from First rentacar has answered to our call and we were informed where to wait at the AirPort.
Even the car was perfectly ok and had good communication afterwards with the manager Kadir. We are going to rent a car again from First rentacar this year.

Приятная компания. Арендовал Mercedes Benz C200 с 2 по 7 января 2020. Встретили в аэропорту, после возвращения авто отвезли в аэропорт бесплатно. Машина в хорошей комплектации и, главное, очень экономичная. При пробеге по горам до 5 литров, по равнине 3,5 л дизеля на 100 км. Выгодное отличие от сетевых компаний личная поддержка менеджера в WhatsApp перед прилетом и во время проката.

RUS: Я клиент Firstrent a Сar четыре года подряд. В Кайсери я получил новые автомобили, они былы на уровень лучше чем я заказывал! Очеь круто! В Фетхие к сожалению был старый автомобиль с детским сидением в плесени. В Мармарисе отличный новый автомобиль в прекрасном состоянии. При обратной сдаче автомобиля никогда не было проблем. Однако локальные партнеры FirstrentaСar постоянно опаздывают примерно на 1 час :) Имейте это ввиду. В целом сотрудничеством с Firstrent a Сar я очень доволен и всегда рекомендую своим друзьям.

We rented a 9 seater van from First Rent A Car during our stay in Turkey for a week it was a wonderful experience . Fast response, good service and good rental rate. It is not easy to source for a 9 seater van but First Rent has it, and their price is cheaper than a 6 seater van compare to other car rental company.

Ездили на нем по региону. Все посмотрели. Сдали авто у Мигроса, что было очень удобно. В следующий раз будем обращаться в компанию снова. Очень рекомендую

The service of first rent a car has always been reliable and great. We have an appartment in Belek, close to Antalya. When we are planning to visit our appartment, travelling from Holland, we just drop an email with flight times. They then will stand at the arrival gate, make papers ready, I pay the cash and ready to drive. You first need to fuel the car as this is normal practice. No need to hand over the car with a full tank when you will leave. You agree a drop off time when you will leave (about 2 hrs before departure) and hand over the keys. In case they are not there, just call the mobile number and they will be there in 5 min. So smooth. Really great service and I used this service now for more than 30 times over the last 6 years.

Travelling around 1800 km by the car we rented from FirstRentACar, we found it really comfortable and it made our trip so enjoyable. Actually, it was my first time to rent a car for our trips. We were six persons and planned to go from Ankara to Denizli but we could not find any Car Rent Agency to accept Denizli as destination except FirstRentACar. We have booked a Ford Transit/Custom before we started our trip without any advance payment or introducing DebitCard. We received our car at Ankara airport on time. The car was new and really comfortable. The representatives at Ankara and Denizli were so nice guys and treated us so well. I highly recommend it.

Очень довольны арендованным автомобилем.
Заказывали микроавтобус определенной марки с МКПП, но нам предоставили другой с АКПП (с тем что-то произошло) - так что было даже лучше. Автомобиль пригнали в отель, оформление заняло 5-10 мин. Отдавали в аэропорту - нас встретили и провели на автомобиле ко входу.
Автомобиль был очень хорош - видно было, что в эксплуатации пару лет и прошел всего 80 т. км, климат-контроль, круиз-контроль, АКПП и т.д.
Также заказывали 2 детских автокресла (состояние среднее).
Также заказали полную страховку автомобиля и не зря!!! Ездили на экскурсию, припарковали автомобиль на парковке - по возвращении обнаружили 3 царапины и вмятины на заднем крыле, царапины на бампере и и заднем стопе - позвонили в компанию, они сказали никаких проблем, так как у нас полная страховка.
Арендой остались очень довольны.
Компанию и автомобили рекомендую.

Супер компания, забронировали авто, прислали подтверждение на почту и в ватсап. Встретили в аэропорту, машину предоставили на парковке в 50 м от выхода с терминала. Авто хорошее чистое, всё работало без проблем. На обратном пути так же по заявленному нами времени отдали машину там же в аэропорту, всё оформление 5 мин! ни каких проблем с этой компанией и авто у нас не было. В следующий раз будем бронировать машину только в этой компании! Спасибо!

Booked one way rental from Antalya to Bodrum. I was hesitant as it was cheapest option. However I was pleasantly surprised. They were waiting for me at the airport parking lot and were ready with a visa machine. I took the xtra cover that they recommended. They were in constant whatsapp communication throughout the trip and the idea was that I send them a whatsapp pin from where they have to collect the car. As we drove into Bodrum past the bus station, the same guy who gave us the car came running out of bus station towards us. He had taken an overnight bus to collect the car for a oneway fee of Euro150. Excellent low overheads concept and service

Брали в аренду машину в мае 2019, бронировало Рено Клио, привезли фиат, Но он был ничем не хуже Рено.Машина была на дизеле, по деньгам это выгодно в Турции.Машину нам отдали чистую,в хорошем состоянии,все работало.На второй день у нас закончились тормозные колодки,мы написали в офис о нашей проблеме. Через 10 минут приехал Представитель,проводил нас в сервис, все быстро починили, за 15 минут.Все оставшиеся дни машина работала очень хорошо.Мы очень остались довольны сервисом и в целом машиной.Большое спасибо команде за отличную работу! Будем обязательно пользоваться ещё!

Have used first rent a car twice. Nice cars, good service and friendly and easy going staff. They dont take deposit on your card, have fair fuel policy, gave us additional driver for free and have a good insurance package. Only one incident: battery failure; repair within 1 hour.If you are always on schedule dropping of the car at the airport, it is better to inform First of your arrival.We will rent cars from first also for the next 10 years assuming there will be no changes in service

I use first rent a car always in Antalya/ Alanya. Always very easy, the car is ready when I arrive in the airport, according to agreement.This time somebody hit me from behind and the car was in bad condition after that. 1,5 hours later we could drive away in a new car. That is quick respons.

We rented a car for 7 days from 8.9.18, at Antalya airport we had to wait a little for the rep to arrive with the car which was not the one we had reserved, however the replacement car was great for 5 adults and we enjoyed getting around in it. We dropped the car off with no difficulty at all, the rep was already waiting for us. In all we had a very good service from this company and the rental car was perfect for our needs, we would not hesitate to rent from them again.

Had a great experience renting my car from this company. Had to rent it last minute and that was not a problem at all - they had a great car for me.Unfortunately, my rented GPS did not work for most of the trip which is very problematic when you have to travel in a country without wifi to use for navigation instead. Tried to explain this to the man who delivered the car to us, but his English was not good enough to understand it either when he delivered the car to us or when he picked it up again.
That is the only minus for me - that I wasn't able to communicate my problems properly because of language barriers.
But I would definitely rent from them again :)

I was nervous about hiring a car, having never done it before and hearing horror stories about the condition of cars and extra charges etc. I was relieved at the easy experience we had with First Rent A Car, in particular the outstanding condition of the car we hired, a Ford Tourneo. We had children travelling with us, and unfortunately the car seats provided were the wrong size; this wasn't a problem however, and even though it was late at night, were taken straight to the office nearby to collect the correct ones. For future customers, instructions on how to fit the car seats correctly and safely would be much appreciated. Collection and drop off were smooth. The only other area for improvement would be the fuel set up; I had emailed asking for a full tank, as I knew we would be arriving late at night with three tired small children, and didn't want the hassle of finding a petrol station and adding to our travel time. We collected the car with only 30km in the tank. We were taken to a petrol station to fill up, but as other customers have mentioned, working out how much fuel you will use is difficult, and as such, collecting and returning with a full tank of fuel would be far easier and more logical.

I am surprised and upsad about your rewiev. Realy upset. It is easy to understand that you are first time renting a car in TURKEY. My staff can never be responsible about fiting the baby seat. It is under your responsibilty. Also our office is just nearby the Airport and was very easy to change the seat even it was middle of the night. I travel minimum 2 or 3 times to Germany / England for business and always rent cars at the Airport and never see such a good sevice in your Country. In you country when we arrive they dont even take us near the car .They say us the location and tell us to go ourself and find the car .And than if there is any demage on the car we have to go to the desk again and show the staff the missing parts of the rental car. I belive that you have taken a brand new car / upgrade car with no extra which no agency makes at all. Also my staff was aware of the full thank at the last minute and even so they took you to the nearest staiton which they did not have to. As a result Sir, i do higly recomend you to try others so that you can see how hard it is to rent .Before we show your review on our homepage, i do kindly ask you if you realy want this to be shown our homepage.

I can only agree with Ron:As many times before we rented a car from FirstCar and it was good again. No complaints! But: It would really be nice if we could choose when making a reservation for full tank at pickup and full tank upon return. That will be less stressful! This time we had an empty tank but because we couldn't really estimate how much benzin we need, we tanked much to much.

We spent good 4 nights around Antalya thanks to the car we rented from them. The communication was seamless on Facebook, emails, etc. The car we got was in good shape. The only *minor* problem was that the guy who gave us the car couldn't speak English, but we had no problem at all. Everything was transparent and genuine.

This is the first time I used First Rent a Car after the recommendation of a friend that had used them before. I am pleased to say that it was one of the most efficient experiences that I have ever had renting a rental car. Met at Antalya airport and within less than 10 minutes we were on our way. The car a Fiat Florino was just what we had ordered and worked well. At the end of our trip someone was waiting when we arrived in the car park at departures, checked the car over and were off. Very good service. Easy to pick up and return the car. The car was also in a good condition.The only thing I did not like was that I was given a car with an empty tank. I was expecting a full to full tank policy but I was told I could only drive 30Km with the car but there is a fuel station 7Km from here. The result was that I filled up the car completely and dropped it of with about 70% of fuel left.

Since 2011 I am customer of First Rent a Car. I have been always greeted on the airport on time and when I dropped off the car at the airport a staff member was already waiting to receive the car. The friendly service, good cars and reasonable rates make the difference.

Hello,I was again very happy with renting a car from 1 first rent a car. This was the seconden time that i have rented a car with you guys. The Cars are in great condition. The last time it looks de like the car came right out of the factory, the barcodes were even on the mirrors and i had a diesel car instead of andere benzinecar where i actually paid for because all the Cars were occupied.The price that you Pay is much lower then you normally Pay.

We rent an Dacia Lodgy delivered on Izmir airport and dropped off the car 18 days later in Dalaman.The procedure was pretty customer orientated, the car was in best condition, clean and no damages. The one way rent worked smooth for a reasonable price.Next time we come to Turkey we shall definitely rent a car from FIRST again.

I was finding difficulties to rent a 7-seater car in Istanbul. Most, if not all, would give you a van (like Mercedes Vito, etc). I found FIRST RENT A CAR on the net and they did have 7-seater car for rent. The booking process was easy, they met me at the airport in Istanbul and they were on time at the airport to give me the vehicle. They also gave me their full contact in case of emergencies. We have been using first retacar for 11years on an average of 3 times a year. We find the hire rates excelent, service is good and the people we meet at the airport are always friendly and helpful..when we collect or return the vehicle they are always there as arranged. on the odd coat ion we have had to contact then whilst on holiday there is always someone there in the office to help us. The vehicles are reliable and in good condition. We have only had one problem in over 30 hires and that was a battery that was replaced within 2 hours. W e would recommend. In general I was satisfied. They met me at the exit of the Antalya airport and immediatelly give me the car.Once car battery was dead but after my call they changed it to new one in 2 hours for free and the problem was solved.

It is not fun to stop in the midle of Alanya end can not start the car because of bad battery(better check of tecnical eqipment) I altso think that the cleaning of the car inside could be better. Arranged rental via internet, price was reasonable and replies to my questions were prompt. The rep met us at Antalya Airport. The vehicle was not the cleanest inside or out, BUT it ran good and never gave us any problems. The rep did not have a local map for us nor did she tell us we had to pay the airport parking fee.We paid cash up front and a rep met us at the airport when leaving with the correct change. Overall a good experience.

Out of all the bookings made towards our family Holiday, the car rental was d best experience we had, very smooth, good customer service. Honestly I can't fault them in anyway, they met us at the Antalya airport and we're waiting on our departure. They're not out to cheat you, unlike other businesses using all tricks in the books. On getting back to Manchester we hired a car but it wasn't the same experience we had from First Rental. Don't look further, just go with these guys.

Through 10 years my husband (Keld Jensen) and I plus our sons have rented a car from First Rent A Car Antalya Airport whenever we have visited our apartment in Alanya. So we have used First Rent A Car a lot of times, and we have always recieved the best service we could wish for. The cars are nice (twice we have had a brand new car), the prices are reasonable, and all agreements have been kept. Only once we have had trouble with a car (the battery broke down), we called the firm, and even though we were in Alanya a mechanic came very shortly after our call, and the car was fixed very quickly. We were impressed! Through the years we have recommended First Rent A Car to friends and family, and we are happy to be able to recommend the firm this way, too. Everything was great with first rent a car. Initial fuzz (caused by me) at izmir terminals was solved quickly and the pick-up was effortless. The car was just as described and requested. The car was clean and in excellent condition. At drop-off, first rent a car was kind enough to confirm the day before that everything was still going as agreed. I arrived at the airport early and within 10minutes of giving a call about me being early their representative was at the airport too. Plain excellent service.

What a refreshing change it makes to find such nice people as First Rent a Car. True to their word they were there at the airport waiting to greet us and with no fuss at all we were on our way in no time at all. Same on the return, we handed the car back at the entrance to departures to a waiting member of staff and we were off in a matter of minutes.

Заказывал самый дешевый авто - рено клио, и был приятно удивлен, когда дали ключи от огромной Dacia Lodgy. Отличный вместительный авто, новый (пробег ~30000км). Встретили в аэропорту и также без проблем забрали в том же аэропорту. Цена конкурентная и гораздо ниже, чем у большинства. Рекоммендую.

Но по прилету (с опозданием на пару часов) в Анталию получили совершенно новый Форд, хотя бронировали авто попроще. Со здачей так же проблем не возникло - рейс перенесли в другой терминал, и сдавали мы на пару часов раньше - приехали забрали. Отличная компания.

This was my second time in Antalya and my second time to rent a car, this time from First Rent a Car. Everything went very smooth, a got a better car than ordered for the same price so no problems there. The car was clean and in good condition, way better than the car i got from another company 2 years ago. Pickup and Delivery went very well - will rent again in a year or two :)

Hello, great services provided by First Rent a Car. Good organisation from the booking with very quick answers to all our questions and requests.We rented a car at Antalya airport and we arrived at 01h00 at night with 7 hours of delay and some one was there waiting for us. We called several times to inform of our increasing delay and some one was always answering on the telephone. Easy to return also at the airport; we called and someone was there in only 10 minutes to pick up the car.

The rental of the car went smoothly.The car was fine, delivery and pick up went fine.The GPS did not Work to my expectations. I could not type in an address and find my hotel in ALANYA GAZIPASA.

As the booking, the rental was very well organized. After arrival we called them and they brought the car within 5 min to us. The car was OK, exactly what we expected for that price. Good tires, good brakes, good engine, lot's of space for the luggage (we had a Fiat Doblo). The hand-over and drop-off was easy, convenient and very fast.

I have rented a car through first rent a car more than 20 times. And with no problems and good service. At three occasions there were no one at the terminal, when we arrived at Antalya. But after a phone call, they were there within 5 minutes. And if we have had any problems they have been flexible and serviceoriented.

Pick Up the car at the terminal on march10. No problem. Then return car on april 4 . We were a little bit early but after 10 minutes people from first rent a car arrive to pick up the fiat. Thank you for service. And we hope the next time we can hire a car on gazipasa airport as well.

We hired a car and had it delivered to our hotel on the same day which was great. We also hired from Antalya and left it at Dalaman international airport - which was ideal. The service was prompt, easy and efficient and the cost seemed to be in line with what others were advertising. The car was not the newest model so it may be worth specifying what model you want (we did't). I would also recommend diesel for the journey we did!

Excellent time of interaction, really pro activ, you can leave at another airport. Which is cool. Car was in excellent condition. GPS worked 98% of the time, and that is beacause some maps were not already there , or the road was brand new, so no big deal. We did 2000 km and in security.

Nice car and great service! We were met at Antalya Airport and sorted all the details within ten minutes. The car was invaluable in Side where we could get out into the mountains, the quiet beaches and the amazing archaeological sites. Return was as good. We arrived at the airport early but the company were there waiting and the handover was as quick.

I have rented cars from "First Rent A Car" several times each year since 2011, at Antalya Airport and this year also at Alanya Gasipasa Airport and I am satisfied with the friendly service. Their delivery of the cars has been as requested every time. They have been a little too late at drop-of time a few years ago, but that matter has been corrected and everything has been to my satisfaction ever since. All in all I have no problem with recommending the company to others.

Hi i had a car from here .. i ordered Hyundai i20 [special cause is smal] and they delivered me Fiat Linea [sedan :) they came in front of my hotel at right time which was nice but they forget about my GPS also so I need to wait for my GPS until they came back to me with GPS but even if they came to me, on GPS was set up a russian language and that man have no idea how to change it so i was waiting like next 20 minutes and after i was finally ready to go...but GPS was quite out of database i had problem to find lots of things so it will be nice to refresh it ... but car was ok i enjoyed driving finally :)

Rented a car in Antalya in Aug' 2014. Very competitive prices and nice service. They delivered a car right to the hotel and picked up from it right on time. The minor problems were that the car plug was broken and we couldn't use the GPS that we rented and the car it self was a bit cheaper model than we had booked. All in all - recomended!

We booked the car from Holland with First Car Hire Antalya. It was delivered at the hotel exactly at the agreed time. The rented car was nicely cleaned and had the navigation system we ordered. After the rental period we leaved the key at the reception of our hotel. Good service from the rental company!

They were super nice and helpful over the phone when making the car rental reservation for Antalya and delivered the car to the hotel where I was staying and picked it up from the same place, awesome service! Very helpful guys and the rented car was in a very good condition at Antalya Airport and a higher model than the one I originally selected. Arrived at the airport and they were waiting for me, didn't have a credit card which was required to secure any traffic violations, but they were very considering and trustful. We needed help to contact First Car Hire Antalya when we got to the airport as there was no one there but they quickly responed and we only had to wait 5 minites. Car was in what we ordered (youd be amazed how often it isnt) great condition and well presented. The cost we felt was very competative and the drop off went perfictly so all in all i'd recomend them and I will be using them again on my many trips out to Turkey ATB

Hi, thanks to First Rent A Car for are very nice car, quite new Dacia Lodgy with 7 seats. Everything was okay, the staff in the Airport, exactly to the time in the night when we arrived. Only a phonecall to the company when we after 14 days were back in the Airport, and the guy comes within 5 minutes. We have used First Rent A Car four times each year for the past seven years and that's because the service is so good that there's no reason to change. We have different requirements each time we come, sometimes want a small car, but other times want a mini van, and sometimes automatic, others not. It really made my trip to Antalya a better experience. Here are some of the advantages: The prices were cheaper than any other car rental service I checked online (especially on a short notice). The booking process was easy. The only car rental service I found which would drop and pick up the car where ever you ask them (Airport, Hotel...) - THIS IS A MAJOR ADVANTAGE. The guy that dropped and picked up the car was very punctual, friendly, and polite. � Professional Service.
